At Hudson, I focus on our clients strength and conditioning. New to boxing? well so was I when I first started at Hudson. Each day we train to maximize your fitness and improve your key fundamentals. In my class I offer a variety of training elements from vascular cardio, endurance, speed, balance, core, flexibility, sparing and much more. If you want to improve your boxing skill specifically - we include one on one form and technique training with pads and heavy bags. We are open to all levels Beginnings are encouraged to come on by.
